Mr. Lynch is the President and a Principal of OLA. In his current role, Mr. Lynch provides the leadership in determining and guiding the course undertaken by the firm in its professional and business activities, seeing to it that the firm’s business is conducted in a professional manner, in a comfortable environment, conducive to creative, efficient productivity and individual growth.
Upon joining the firm in 1989, Mr. Lynch acted in the capacity of project manager and lead electrical engineer on a wide variety of project types including educational, corporate, critical environment, institutional, retail and multi-family residential. In 1993, Mr. Lynch became a Principal in the firm and manager of the electrical department. At that time, Mr. Lynch played an active role in business development, project management, electrical design, and engineering operations. In 1999, Mr. Lynch further expanded his role to become Principal in Charge of Engineering Operations for the entire firm, overseeing the department managers and all project managers. In 2001, Mr. Lynch became President of OLA.
