We are thrilled to share that Healthcare Design has honored the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital – Maternal & Newborn Care Unit with a Silver Award in the 14th Annual Remodel/Renovation Competition. The 17,000 SF facility features inviting respite spaces, and customizable delivery rooms for personalized birth experiences. Amenities include soaking tubs, spacious showers, adjustable lighting, audio, and aromatherapy. OLA provided MEP Engineering and Fire Protection Engineering for the project.
