Residential project currently in progress—OLA is working with nARCHITECTS to keep the open concept design intact, while concealing systems. The design included a geothermal water to water heat pump system supplying in-wall fan coil units as well as radiant floor. The in-wall fan coil units are equipped with 24-volt ECM motors operating at less than 24 watts. In addition, the domestic hot water is generated through an air source heat pump.
