Regeneron, a leading science-based biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Tarrytown, New York, is moving forward with plans to expand its corporate campus in Westchester County. The Tarrytown Expansion Project, also known as the Loop Road Expansion, will be a multi-phased, multi-year construction consisting of a new laboratory, vivaria, offices, amenities, utility buildings, and parking totaling approximately 2.5 million sq. ft. OLA has been selected to serve as Commissioning Provider for the first phase of the project, which includes three new buildings and a fuel cell combined heat and power central utility plant.
